How To Use
Use the fan-shaped side of the wand for top lashes and the shorter bristles on the flatter side for the lower lashes. Removes easily with micellar water or eye makeup remover. TIP: For a more dramatic look, curl lashes with an eyelash curler before applying two coats of mascara.
